I offer a range of criminal law and family law services including:
Family Law
- Care of Children Act proceedings regarding disputes about day-to-day care of, or contact with, children and guardianship disputes (such as disputes about which town a child should live in or what school they should attend, for example);
- Family Violence Act proceedings – applying for a protection order, or responding to a protection order application;
- Oranga Tamariki proceedings – assistance in dealing with Oranga Tamariki where they are involved with a child;
- Paternity proceedings – assistance to legally establish who a child’s biological father is; - Protection of Personal and Property Rights – applications to the Court to make decisions about the care or property of an incapacitated whānau member
- I am a Court-appointed Lawyer for Child acting for children and young people in the Family Court.
